In 2021, HIPICAENVENTA.COM , together with the engineering firms AGRO 90 SL and DV SERVEIS TÈCNICS SL, both with over twenty years of experience in the agricultural, forestry, and non-urban land sectors, and with a wide range of completed projects, began another very motivating line of business: processing equestrian and livestock licenses for stud farms or private individuals. We specialize in the legal urban planning procedures in Catalonia for obtaining permits through PAE (Specific Action Project) or PE (Special Plan) for numerous clients who wanted customized facilities that the market did not offer. Since then, they have contracted our services.
In some cases, we have provided the properties ourselves; in others, the client has provided them.
Procedures
- PAE (Specific Action Project) For sports licenses, building permits on non-urbanizable land.
- PE (Special Plan) For procedures and licenses that are not regulated in the POUM (Municipal Urban Planning Plan) of the town councils, the Special Plan is the wild card that allows town councils and urban planning commissions to propose and process exceptional cases.
