In March 2024, on this barren 81,696 m² plot of land located in Lliçà d’Amunt, after a year and a half of processing, our engineering services together with the developer, Ms. Maria Cubells, obtained the concession for the project through a SPECIAL PLAN. This was our trump card, allowing them to authorize more square meters of roofs and buildings than permitted in the POUM (Municipal Urban Planning Plan), thus obtaining the final authorization from the CTU (Territorial Commission of Urban Planning) of the Generalitat, for this benchmark project in the Equestrian sector, as the only Rehabilitation Center in Catalonia.
